As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and former Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the NHS, I recognized a significant gap in traditional healthcare approaches within the UK system. This realization prompted my transition to becoming a certified health and wellness coach, driven by a deep commitment to preventing illness, managing chronic conditions, and promoting overall well-being.
